Yelena Yermakova
Yelena Yermakova is a Master of Public Administration Fellow at CIPA, with a concentration in Government, Politics and Policy. She focuses on the future international governance of the Arctic region and allocation of resources in light of climate change, especially in the framework of the U.S.-Russian relations.
