The Infrastructure Policy Practicum course at the Cornell Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy is designed to offer students practical experience in infrastructure, planning, finance, project management, and/or operations. The Infrastructure Project Management and Finance (IPMF) is a graduate certificate for Masters of Public Administration (MPA) and regional planning students as part of the Cornell Jeb E. Brooks School curriculum, led by expert and Professor John Foote.
