Caroline Crawford is a senior graduating from the College of Arts and Sciences with a major in government and minor in urban and regional studies. Caroline has spent extensive time researching the role of business improvement districts (BIDs) in Washington, DC as part of her honors thesis this past year. In the long term, she is interested in urban and regional economic development, specifically the important role that public-private partnerships and placemaking initiatives play in complex and ever-changing urban environments. Caroline is also the Co-captain of the Varsity women's rowing team, a team she has been part for all four years at Cornell.
